Anzac day art

April 25th is Anzac day and it is a day to remember soliders who fought in war and to honour them.

To remember this, we painted poppy flowers on New Zealand national anthem sheet.

Bookcover with Room 7 buddies

We had a really special time on Friday with our buddy class.

Mr. Mac kindly invited us to visit Room 7 to finish off our book cover.

We got very excited to go to a senior classroom and work with our buddies!

Monster bookmarks

Miss Joo taught us how to make monster bookmarks on Friday. We added spikey teeth and googley eyes to make it more scary!

Character parade

This week was the Literacy week.
For our last day, everyone at Sunnyhills School dressed up as their favourite book character and we did a character parade.
