Playground art
We made a mini playground for art and going to make puppets to demonstrate safe play next week.
Safety makes playing more fun!
Weather mobile
We cut out weathers - sunny, rainy, thundery, cloudy, and a rainbow and decorated the paper plate with paints and pastels.
They are displayed in Room 10 brightening our classroom!

Making 5
In the last few weeks Room 10 was learning about ways to make 5.
There are some buddy numbers which make up 5.
These buddies are....
0 and 5,
1 and 4,
2 and 3!
If we write in mathematical equation, they look like...
0+5=5,
1+4=5,
2+3=5,
And they still make up 5 when the numbers swap places as long as they are in buddy pairs.
We played a short game where we had to find a number buddy that makes up 5!

Shapes
Room 10 are learning about different shapes. We learned 6 different shapes. They are triangles, circles, squares, rectangles, rhombus, and hexagons.
We chose 3 shapes and decorated them into our favourite ice cream flavours.
Aren't they look delicious?
